Within the scope of the strategic development, Capita Customer Services (Germany) GmbH, a subsidiary of Capita plc., acquired the shares of 3C DIALOG GmbH and 3C Dialog Saalfeld GmbH with locations in Cologne and Saalfeld. In addition to 3C DIALOG, the affiliate sokrates: consulting und system integration gmbh, a provider of IT solutions in the customer service and telecommunications field, is also becoming part of Capita.

Transfer Partners were mandated with the complete sales process including the preparation of the transaction-related documents, the research and identification of appropriate buyers, the structuring of the due diligence examination and conducting negotiations up to completion of the transaction.

With around 400 employees, 3C DIALOG is among the quality service providers in Germany. Its portfolio comprises classic contact center services such as inbound calls, responding to written inquiries, customer surveys and call center consultancy, but also increasingly includes the digitization of client’s customer dialogue. The company's focus lies in the fields of media, public administration, energy and finance.
