Transfer Partners advised DATEV eG headquartered in Nuremberg in the entire acquisition process of a 25.9% shareholding in adorsys GmbH & Co. KG with headquarters in Nuremberg.

DATEG eG is a software and IT services provider for tax advisors, chartered accountants and lawyers and their mostly midmarket customers. The company belongs to the leading IT services and software providers in Germany. With the acquisition of a shareholding in adorsys GmbH & Co. KG, DATEV plans to intensify the existing partnership. adorsys GmbH & Co. KG is an IT company, which provides innovative and value added software services in the area of digitalization for companies of different sectors with a focus on financial services providers (in particular banks and insurances). In the focus are technological innovations, digital platforms, open banking, automatization, mobility and digitalization. The company, founded in 2006 in Nuremberg, currently employs 128 people and generated a revenue of about 16 million Euro in the past business year 2018/19.
