ehner Gartencenter GmbH & Co. KG headquartered in Rain am Lech (Germany) and operating several sites across Germany and Austria acquired three branches of Gartencentergruppe Münster located in Münster, Osnabrück and Rheine. The acquisition underlines the ambitions of Dehner Group to strengthen their position in Northern Germany additionally to their branches in Hamburg, Kiel and Hannover.

We acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the buyer. Our services comprised the support of the acquisition process, including company valuation and the negotiations up to the point of execution.

Since the foundation of the Dehner Group in 1947 it became the European market leader in the garden center segment, having more than 5,000 employees and more than 120 garden centers. The portfolio of the garden centers includes among other products outdoor and indoor plants, garden equipment and garden furniture. The pet and zoo divisions complete the Company’s product portfolio.
