Founded in 2009, B plus L Group is a leading construction services provider including equipment and container rental as well as an operator of temporary buildings focused on the public sector. The Group’s activities comprise among others services such as water and electricity supply, lighting solutions, sanitary facilities, traffic management and access management.

Deutsche Private Equity (DPE) is an independent German mid-market Private Equity house focused on the DACH-region.

As the exclusive advisor to the shareholder, Transfer Partners prepared all relevant transaction documents, managed the due diligence process and supported the shareholder during the final contract negotiations until the successful completion of the transaction.
