Within the scope of the strategic development, a German group of investors acquired all shares of HY-LINE Group, Unterhaching.

Transfer Partners supported the preparations, developed and structured the transaction and served as advisor to the seller.

HY-LINE Group is a specialized trading company for electronic components and its business areas (computer components, power components, communication and systems) are structured in four operative companies and a Swiss distribution subsidiary.

HY-LINE offers its customers components and additional services. Therefore, it delivers value beyond the actual product (value-added reseller). The group was founded in 1988 and generated revenues of more than € 50 million with a team of 80 employees.

Costumers are among others, renowned companies from German speaking countries and Europe from industrials, health care and telecommunication.
