As part of its portfolio expansion, LEO Familienholding has acquired the shares of the VOGEL'S Group headquartered in Endingen am Kaiserstuhl, Germany.

Transfer Partners was mandated with the complete sales process including the preparation of transaction-related documents, identification of suitable buyers, due diligence management as well as conducting negotiations up to the successful completion of the transaction.

Founded in 1989, the VOGEL'S Group is one of the leading suppliers of sweet advertising materials in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Specialized in the production of high-quality, individualised promotional products, such as advent calendars, it serves a broad customer base. The group is highly profitable and employs over 50 people.

LEO Familienholding, based in Munich, bundles the private investments of various entrepreneurial families and is mainly interested in medium-sized companies with annual revenues between € 10m and € 50m. The LEO Familienholding is committed to the long term and actively supports the further development of its investments.
