Within the scope of the strategic business development, F. X. MEILLER Fahrzeug- und Maschinenfabrik-GmbH & Co KG headquartered in Munich acquired 100% of the shares of BOWELD Truck Bodies Ltd. headquartered in Holywell (Great Britain). The transaction offers MEILLER on the one hand access to the attractive UK market and allows BOWELD on the other hand to expand their product portfolio. George and Austen Boden, the former managing shareholders stay with BOWELD as managing directors and will further develop the Company as part of the MEILLER Group.

We acted as the exclusive financial advisor to the buyer. Our services comprised the supporting of the acquisition process, including company valuation and the negotiations up to the point of execution.
