Within the scope of the strategic development, a subsidiary of Danaher Corporation the American Hach Environmental, based in Loveland acquired the shares of G. Lufft Mess‐ und Regeltechnik GmbH in Fellbach and all its subsidiaries.
We were mandated with the complete sales process including the preparation of the transaction-related documents, the research and identification of appropriate buyers, the structuring of the due diligence examination and conducting negotiations up to completion of the transaction.
