Transfer Partners accompanied the shareholders of GSP Sprachtechnologie GmbH from Berlin in the sale of their company to Televic Rail HQ based in Izegem, Belgium.

GSP is a specialized system provider for public transport in the field of information, security and entertainment systems for trains, trams and buses and an important partner in the context of digitization. Founded in 1984, the company now serves customers in around 30 countries worldwide.

As part of the Belgian Televic Group, Televic Rail develops, produces and services communication and control systems for the railway market. Over 25,000 vehicles worldwide have already been equipped with the company's on-board solutions.

Transfer Partners' mandate covered the entire sale process, including the preparation of transaction-relevant documents, the identification and approach of suitable potential buyers, due diligence management and support in the final negotiations through to successful completion.
