MYAC Fleischtechnologie GmbH has its origins in 1977 and since then has been able to establish itself as an important supplier to the meat products industry. The company develops, produces and distributes customer-specific curing preparations, cutter aids and spices for the production of meat and sausage products. The spices are used to control the taste, colour, water retention, texture and maturation of the various meat products. MYAC exclusively serves customers from the industry.
The Th. Geyer Ingredients GmbH & Co. KG, based in Höxter-Stahle, Germany, is a trading company offering small and medium-sized companies in the Food & Beverages and Scent & Care sectors a comprehensive portfolio of flavours, colourings, active ingredients and functional ingredients from globally successful brands. With this acquisition, Th. Geyer is further expanding its product range for the meat products industry. In addition to the "Ingredients" division, the Th. Geyer Group operates a trading business in the area of laboratory supplies.
Transfer Partners was engaged with the complete sales process including the preparation of the transaction-related documents, the research and identification of suitable buyers, the structuring of the due diligence and negotiations up to successful completion of the transaction.
