Transfer Partners advised the shareholders of RSP-Schülke GmbH, based in Soest, on the sale of their company shares to Rockarm GmbH, Diepholz.

RSP-Schülke is a renowned company in the electrical engineering sector and has been successfully manufacturing customer-specific cable assemblies and electrical equipment for over 40 years, particularly for defense technology, and has the necessary standards and approvals for this business. In addition, the company operates an extensive service and repair business for defense equipment.

Following the change of name to “Rockarm RSP Electronics GmbH”, the company will continue to operate as an independent business unit, all employees will be taken on and all current and planned projects will be continued in the usual high quality under the new shareholder. Rockarm RSP Electronics GmbH will support Rockarm's further growth strategy, particularly in view of the rapidly growing demand for defense technology in Germany and the NATO countries.

Transfer Partners' mandate encompassed the entire M&A process, including the preparation of transaction-related documents, the identification and approach of selected candidates, managing the due diligence, and support in negotiations to ensure a successful signing and closing.
