Transfer Partners advised the shareholders of Planungsbüro Waidhas GmbH ("Waidhas"), based in Chemnitz, on the sale of its shares in the company to Gruner Deutschland GmbH ("Gruner") in Hamburg.

Particularly in the planning of clinics and hospitals, Waidhas is one of the leading medium-sized companies with excellent expertise and market knowledge.

Waidhas will continue to operate as an independent business unit within Gruner, fulfilling current contracts and delivering all existing and planned projects to the highest quality with the same staff. Waidhas will support Gruner's geographical and technical growth strategy, particularly with regard to the growing demand for healthcare facilities in Germany.
