Transfer Partners successfully advised the shareholders of Schalm Group, consisting of H. Schalm GmbH, Industrieservice Schalm GmbH, Isoliertechnik Schalm GmbH, and Lufttechnik Schalm GmbH, based in Mönchengladbach and Viersen, on the sale to the HWP Handwerkspartner Group, one of the leading full-service construction providers in Germany.

The entrepreneurial Goldbeck family from Bielefeld, together with the partner and investor Björn-Hendrik Robens, acquired the shares in HWP Handwerkspartner Group from Adiuva Capital in 2023 via their holding company Goldbeck Robens Industrial Partners (GRIP). With 15 plants, 4 system centers and over 12,000 employees at more than 100 locations across Europe, Goldbeck itself generates total revenues of over €6.5 billion.
Transfer Partners' mandate covered the entire M&A process, including the preparation of all transaction-relevant documents, the identification and approach of selected top potential buyers, the support of Schalm Group throughout the extensive due diligence process, as well as the facilitation of the negotiations up to the successful signing and closing.
