Transfer Partners successfully advised and supported the shareholders of CD-LUX Warenhandelsgesellschaft GmbH ("CD-LUX") in the strategic corporate investment by the long-term-oriented mid-market investor AG Capital from Austria ("AGC").

Based in Traitsching in Bavaria’s Upper Palatinate region, CD-LUX employs around 63 staff members and offers business clients a diverse range of customized, sweet promotional products. The company is distinguished by its premium quality, dedicated focus on sustainability, and product innovations. CD-LUX serves a wide and renowned portfolio of B2B clients, including prominent names from the pharmaceutical, automotive, consumer goods, financial services, industrial, and service sectors.

Together with AGC, CD-LUX’s market position will be strengthened, and sustainable growth will be further promoted.
