Transfer Partners advises the shareholders of KETTLER on company succession. Hauff-Technik GmbH & Co. KG, a subsidiary of the listed company INDUS Holding AG, is acquiring all shares in KETTLER GmbH, Dorsten, with economic effect from 1 January 2025. With around 60 employees, the medium-sized manufacturer of components and installation fittings for pipeline construction generates annual sales of around EUR 9 million. The product portfolio includes tapping and heavy-duty fittings, installation fittings and actuating keys for operating fittings and hydrants, both above and below ground and in manholes. Wall ducts and house entries are also part of the product program. KETTLER strengthens the INDUS Infrastructure segment by acquiring an additional stake in HAUFF-TECHNIK, a manufacturer of sealing systems for cables, pipes and building entries.
With the acquisition of KETTLER, INDUS is also taking over Kettler Utility Communication GmbH: KETTLER UTILITY offers services related to underground pipeline construction, in particular the rehabilitation of defective sets. In this process, the installation sets are restored to an operational state by means of a minimal intervention directly through the street cap.
Transfer Partners successfully supported the shareholders of KETTLER throughout the entire sales process, i.e. from the initial approach to the successful completion of the transaction.
