First acquisition since founding

Munich, June 3, 2025 – Artemis Capital Partners (ACP) has acquired Lüttgens Kunststoff-Technik. Just a few months after its founding, the investment company has made its first acquisition, sending a clear signal about its focused buy-and-build strategy in the industrial SME sector.

The Lüttgens Group, headquartered in Heiligenhaus, Germany, with another plant in Nielbark, Poland, is an established specialist in high-precision plastic components and has extensive experience in the development and manufacture of technical plastic parts for demanding applications – particularly in the automotive, consumer goods, electrical, and mechanical engineering industries. With its 400 employees, the company has stood for technical excellence, quality, and partnership-based cooperation with industrial companies worldwide since 1937.

“The investment in the Lüttgens Group marks an important milestone for Artemis Capital Partners,” says Dr. Sobotta, Managing Partner of ACP. "As our first investment, it forms the foundation for building a strong group of companies in the field of technical plastic solutions. We are acquiring a company that combines technological excellence with outstanding customer focus and highly efficient production. Lüttgens is fully in line with our mission to expand German medium-sized companies that have the potential to play a leading role in their market segment. We are grateful that the Lüttgens team trusts us and is becoming part of this vision."

Dr. Schander, Chairman of the Advisory Board of ACP, adds: "Our goal is to continue to grow organically by strengthening sales and through strategic acquisitions in Germany and abroad in a highly fragmented market. We would like to thank our transaction partners for a highly efficient process, namely our colleagues at WB Legal, JustFinance, HSMV, 3T.LAW, DSK Poland, Tigges, and Transfer Partners."

The management of Lüttgens Kunststoff-Technik emphasizes the ACP strategy: "We look forward to working with a young, dynamic partner who shares our values and supports our long-term development. Combining our tradition with new ambitious goals and fresh entrepreneurial spirit is a great opportunity,“ explains Holger Lüttgens, managing director of the group. ”This partnership also strengthens our sales focus and opens up strategic growth paths in future-oriented industries such as the consumer goods industry."

Transfer Partners' mandate covered the entire M&A process, including the preparation of all transaction-related documents, the identification and selective approach of selected top prospects, the support of the extensive due diligence for the seller, and the support of the negotiations until the successful signing and closing.
