ESA Elektroschaltanlagen Grimma GmbH, a leading provider of solutions in the fields of power distribution, electrical engineering and automation with a focus on railroad companies and hospitals, has acquired Elektro-Pollmeier GmbH as part of a corporate succession solution.

Elektro-Pollmeier GmbH, based in Ahlen, is a traditional family business that has been offering comprehensive electrical engineering services since 1956. The company specializes in the logistics and food industries in particular and operates nationwide. The previous managing partner Thomas Pollmeier will remain associated with the company in an advisory position.

In addition to the holistic deal project management, Transfer Partners was responsible for the financial due diligence, the management of further due diligence workstreams as well as the monitoring and support during the negotiations.
