Transfer Partners has advised the shareholders of REIKU GmbH, based in Wiehl (North Rhine-Westphalia), on the sale of a majority of the company's shares to the listed, family-owned Delfingen Industry SA from Anteuil, France.

As an established niche supplier of movable cable protection systems for industrial applications, REIKU is one of the leading specialists for cable protection, particularly in the field of robotics and other applications with the highest quality and load requirements.

Delfingen Industry SA looks back on several years of ambitious growth, achieved both organically and inorganically (acquisition of part of the insolvent Schlemmer Group in 2020). Most recently, about 3,600 employees worldwide generated sales of nearly € 375 million.

The acquisition of REIKU GmbH is now part of a strategic diversification of Delfingen's product and service portfolio to open up to customer groups outside the automotive sector. To this end, REIKU will be able to continue to operate as a largely independent player and under its existing brand in its current sectors and, if necessary, in new sectors to be developed.

Transfer Partners' mandate covered the entire M&A process, including the preparation of transaction-related documents, the identification and approach of suitable interested parties, the handling of the due diligence for the seller side as well as support of the negotiations until the successful closing.
