Transfer Partners exclusively advised the shareholders of innovatek OS GmbH on the sale to the Swedish listed technology group Addtech AB.

Headquartered in Stammham, Germany, innovatek OS GmbH develops and manufactures customized cooling systems for industrial applications. Its portfolio includes products and solutions with control and monitoring technology, serving customers in sectors such as e-mobility, medical technology, and microscopy. The company employs around 50 people and generates revenues of approximately EUR 12 million.

Through the acquisition by Addtech, innovatek becomes part of the Power & Mobility business unit.

The mandate of Transfer Partners covered the entire M&A process, including the preparation of transaction-related documents, support throughout the due diligence process, and assistance in negotiations through to successful signing and closing.
