Transfer Partners exclusively advised the shareholder of the Meyer Group on the sale of the companies to TERRAS Holding GmbH.

The Meyer Group, headquartered in Schönwalde-Glien in the Berlin metropolitan region, comprises the operating companies Meyer Erdbau, Meyer Recycling and BDG Beton Demontage Gesellschaft. The group is a well-established provider of earthworks, demolition and recycling services for infrastructure projects in and around Berlin. With approximately 135 employees, a modern machinery fleet and its own recycling and construction materials park covering more than five hectares, the Meyer Group offers a high degree of operational integration and regional presence.

TERRAS is a leading German group of companies providing infrastructure, earthmoving, and recycling services, founded by brothers Dirk Sojka, CFA and Ralf Sojka, and supported by AUCTUS Capital Partners AG as an investor. Through the acquisition of the Meyer Group, TERRAS strengthens its footprint in the Berlin metropolitan area and expands its service offering along the entire value chain – from demolition and recycling to earthworks and foundation works – particularly within its Eastern Germany cluster.

As part of the transaction, the existing management team of the Meyer Group remains in place. Founder Thomas Meyer continues to lead the group as managing shareholder and supports its next phase of growth within the TERRAS group.
