Transfer Partners advised the shareholder of S&M Services GmbH ("S&M"), based in Düsseldorf, on the sale of its shares to Dr. Hoffmann Gebäudedienste GmbH ("Dr. Hoffmann") in Munich, a portfolio company of the investment company Beyond Capital Partners GmbH ("BCP").

S&M is a renowned service provider in the facility services sector with a focus on professional cleaning and technical services for commercial properties, public facilities, and cultural institutions. In addition to professional cleaning, S&M offers its customers complementary special cleaning and janitor services. The superb location in a newly developed business park in the center of Düsseldorf provides the foundation for strategic development and further growth.
