The first quarter of the new year 2022 is overshadowed by the terrible war unfolding in Ukraine. These are followed by the well-known challenges of insufficient and therefore increasingly expensive raw materials and the problem of getting these raw materials in the right place at the right time.

In the first report of the year we would like to take a closer look at our recently concluded deal, the sale of the Betonbau Group, and as part of this we would like to go into interesting trends in the infrastructure sector. The valuation trends show an increasingly stagnant tendency. Investors have not yet decided whether last year's boom will continue or whether the current challenges in the real economy will also be reflected in the financial sector.
