New office in Munich

Transfer Partners remains on course for growth and opens a new office in Munich to increase its presence in southern Germany.

Markus Völlnagel (Partner), Markus Rudzki (Director) and Florian Steinbrenner (Director) form the new Transfer Partners management team in southern Germany. They previously worked for several years at Deloitte and a medium-sized M&A boutique.
The team can look back on numerous national and international M&A transactions - including in traditional industries such as automotive, plastics, electronics, mechanical engineering/automation, engineering, logistics, IT services/software and Industry 4.0. The focus is on medium-sized buy and sell-side M&A transactions.
