The public company Nissha Printing Co., Ltd. headquartered in Kyoto (Japan) acquired Schuster Kunststofftechnik GmbH and Back Stickers GmbH headquartered in Waltershausen (Germany) as well as its Dutch subsidiary Back Stickers International B.V, through the Group’s affiliate Nissha Europe GmbH.
Transfer Partners was engaged to advise the complete sales process including the preparation of the transaction-related documents, the research and identification of potential buyers, the structuring of the due diligence examination and conducting negotiations up to the successful completion of the transaction.

The new manufacturing bases in Europe in addition to the existing sites in Asia, North America, Central and South America complement Nissha’s international network.
