Of particular note from this time was the sale of Europe's largest chemical park in Bitterfeld-Wolfen, which was sold to Gelsenwasser AG. He joined Transfer Partners in November 2021 after having led several market-leading transactions at another consultancy over the past two years, including for the buy process from Bilfinger Industrial Services and the analytics chain GBA. Andreas Piechotta has been active in the international, medium-sized business environment for almost 30 years. As a native Pole and experienced M&A expert, he has accompanied a large number of market-leading cross-border transactions with Polish companies. Privatisations of large Eastern European companies for internationally active groups as well as the strategic investment management of internationally active high-tech groups are just some of his professional successes. The acquisition of the market-leading German company Meyra in the medical rehabilitation sector should also be mentioned, as well as the sale of the leading Polish SAP consultancy.
